Since Founding Korero Solutions, we have been committed to our mission of reclaiming conflict and using its powerful force to foster discussions, solve problems and develop connections creating forward progress within the workplace.

Korero Solutions is the culmination of over 40 years of dedication and passion in helping individuals, like yourself, learn new skills to communicate and resolve conflict. We provide leaders coaching and skills training in an easily digestible and practical manner in order to produce visible results quickly.

Meet Our Founders

Jeannette Bourgeault

C.Med

Jeannette has over 25 years of experience building conflict-competent organizations through coaching, facilitated discussions, group intervention, mediation, guest speaking and training.

She holds a professional designation as a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) specializing in the field of Workplace Conflict Resolution. Jeannette has mediated and trained across industries including small start-up companies, large oil and gas organizations, health care, unionized and non-unionized organizations, indigenous communities as well as all levels of government.

Jeannette trained in mediation through the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She hold her certificate in Workplace Fairness and Workplace Assessment through Workplace Fairness International. In addition Jeannette is a certified "Boss Whisperer", DISC facilitator, and Emotional Intelligence assessor. Through the University of Calgary, she holds her Certificate in General Management Specializing in Human Resources.

Jeannette is also a certified hypnotherapist... but she does not use these skills on our clients.

Crystal Brown

Q. Med

Crystal has over 15 years of training and experience within the mediation and conflict resolution industry. She has personally led large customer facing teams and understands the complexities of balancing organizational objectives and customer care.

Crystal holds her Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) status through ADRIC and is an international speaker. She completed her Mediation training through the Justice Institute of British Columbia and holds a certification in Conflict Resolution: Mediation/Third party intervention. In addition, she from the University if Calgary she holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a Professional Certificate in Change Management. From Mount Royal, she holds her Diploma in Disability Studies. From the University of Alberta she hold her Certificate from Indigenous Canada.

Crystal is also a fully certified competitive level 2 Rhythmic Gymnastics coach.
