Meet Our Founders

Jeannette Bourgeault

Q. Med | Team Dynamics Strategist

Jeannette has over 25 years of experience building cohesive organizations through coaching, facilitated discussions, group intervention, mediation, team restorations, speaking and training.

She holds a professional designation as a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) specializing in the field of Workplace Conflict Resolution. Jeannette has mediated and trained across industries including small start-up companies, large oil and gas organizations, health care, unionized and non-unionized organizations, indigenous communities as well as all levels of government.

Jeannette trained in mediation through the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She holds her certificate in Workplace Fairness and Workplace Assessment through Workplace Fairness International. In addition, Jeannette is a certified "Boss Whisperer", DISC facilitator, and Emotional Intelligence assessor. Through the University of Calgary, she holds her Certificate in General Management Specializing in Human Resources.

Jeannette is also a Grandmother of nine.

Crystal Brown

Q. Med | Team Dynamics Strategist

Crystal has over 15 years of experience helping leaders transform their teams. With a unique blend of expertise and extensive training, she navigates complex organizational objectives while prioritizing customer care.

Crystal holds her Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) status through ADRIC and is an international speaker. She completed her training through the Justice Institute of British Columbia, receiving a certification in Conflict Resolution: Mediation/Third-party intervention, in addition to a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Calgary. Additionally, Crystal holds a Professional Certificate in Change Management from the University of Calgary, a Diploma in Disability Studies from Mount Royal University, and a Certificate from Indigenous Canada in partnership with the University of Alberta.

Crystal is also a mother of two.
